These terms govern your use of start.hlnames.xyz.

Operator

This service is operated by Yellow Hat Solutions, Inc., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We let you purchase a .hl name — a blockchain-based digital name (an on-chain NFT) for the Hyperliquid ecosystem — and have it delivered to a wallet address or reserved for claim by email. Each purchase registers one name for one year.

Your responsibilities

1. You are responsible for entering the correct wallet address. Names delivered to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
2. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Once a name is delivered on-chain, the transfer cannot be undone.
3. You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

No guarantees

The service does not guarantee the future value, utility, or availability of .hl names or of any third-party services in the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Names are provided on an "as is" basis.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
