Payments are generally final once a .hl name has been successfully delivered to a wallet or reserved for email claim. Because delivery happens on-chain and is typically completed within about a minute of payment, please review your name and destination carefully before paying.
If a payment is processed but the .hl name cannot be delivered due to a system error, customers may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests are reviewed by Yellow Hat Solutions, Inc. on a case-by-case basis.
